Best Ombre Ottawa | 2015 was the year of dramatic changes! We saw a lot of long to short(think angled bob!) and Ombre's everywhere! and why not?! Ombre is a beautiful compromise for people to cannot make the commitment to more needy colors!! So what will 2016 bring us? We're thinking to see more dramatic cuts, and definitely more Ombre... but blondes are coming back with a vengeance! Look out for new styles on all the red carpets this Winter/Spring!
